Shopsmith Gold Medal Protection Plans

Our Gold Medal Buyer Protection Plan is one of the Best in the Business!

Limited Lifetime Warranty. Your Shopsmith is protected from defects in materials and workmanship (not normal wear) based on factory inspection of the defective product or part.

What Isn’t Included. Appearance, Abuse, Neglect, Misuse, Commercial Use, Damages from External Sources and Acts of God. We are not responsible for the costs of parts and labor for damage caused by abuse, neglect (such as rust), misuse, including failure to follow routine maintenance, commercial use, vandalism, theft, fire, flood, improper installation, or other acts of God, and collision-type accidents, or appearance. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, such as damages caused by your not being able to use your products during service. Does not include return shipping for product evaluation. Warranty applies ONLY to Original Shopsmith Purchaser. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs from the outside the United States or from Alaska and Hawaii.

90-Day Return Guarantee Try your new Shopsmith for 90 Days from shipment date. Use it to build projects. Then if you don't agree that it's all we've said, simply notify us and we'll tell you how to return your machine for a refund of your purchase price. Shipping is the responsibility of the Purchaser. Upon request, Shopsmith can provide shipping resources at Shopsmith shipping rates. This includes all accessories purchased at the same time as your MARK.

30-Day Return Guarantee Try your Shopsmith Manufactured Special Purpose Tools including Bandsaw, Belt Sander, Dust Collector, Jointer, Planer, and Strip Sander and return it within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. Item must be returned in perfect working condition (normal wear & tear considered) for a refund. Once the equipment is received and inspected by a Shopsmith Technician, a refund will be issued. If the product has been damaged or is not in good working condition, a re-stocking fee will be charged. Shipping is the responsibility of the Purchaser. Upon request, Shopsmith can provide shipping resources at Shopsmith Shipping Rates.

Technical Support During the first 12 Months from Purchase Date, if something is not operating properly, Customers receive a 15 Minute Consultation from Shopsmith Engineering for FREE. Shopsmith Engineering is available to help Diagnose & Direct the Problem. Support must be associated with item purchased. After the 12 Months from Purchase Date, Shopsmith Engineering Support is available and can be scheduled through Customer Care at (937) 890-5197. Shopsmith Engineering is limited and highly sought after. They can answer “How To” Questions, Provide Best Practices, Recommend Parts, etc. Shopsmith Engineering is happy to help for a nominal fee of $19.99 for the first 15 minutes & $1 per minute after.

90 Day Repair Shipping Coverage. During the first 90 days after Purchase, Shipping Expenses for Returning an assembled Shopsmith Headstock for repair will be covered by Shopsmith if scheduled by a Shopsmith Rep. through a Shopsmith Shipping Partner. After 90 days, The Customer will be responsible for the Shipping Expense to Return a Headstock for Repair. Shipping Costs can be minimized by disassembling the Headstock to Return Components in need of repair.

Entire Agreement. This is the entire service agreement and no representation, promise or condition shall modify the terms of this agreement, unless in writing by Shopsmith President.

Extended Warranty. An Extended Warranty may be purchased but is not transferrable. Ask Us!
