  • Currently there are no training classes at Shopsmith.

  • Do you buy back Mark V?
  • We do not currently offer a buy-back program.
  • Do you have a catalog you can send me?

    • Printed catalogs are produced periodically.
    • Look for our next printed Holiday Catalog around Thanksgiving!
  • How much is my Mark V worth?
  • It depends on the model of your Mark V, condition, age and available accessories..

  • Can I add to my order?
  • Yes, you can add to your order as long as it is not in warehouse (shipping) status. If your order is already in warehouse (shipping) status, we would be happy to place a secondary order. Please call Customer Service @ 937-890-5197.
  • Can I use two different credit cards?
  • Yes. Please call Customer Service at 937-890-5197 to place your order. 
    You cannot use two different credit cards by placing the order on the website
  • Can you give me an update on the status of my order?

    Enter in your order number and phone number.

  • I placed an order on the website and it would not take my gift card?
  • -Please verify your gift card number and pin number you have enter

  • Why is my order on backorder?
  • It is our goal to eliminate backorders However, when backorders occur, we will make every effort to communicate why there is a backorder and when we expect the backorder situation to be resolved

  • Are parts still available for the Mark V?
  • Most parts are still availabe.  For a complete parts list go to Shopsmith.com/service/mark
  • Can you send me a parts list so I can order a part?
  • Go online to www.shopsmith.com/service/index or click here www.shopsmith/com/catalog for PDF verison. We also have manuals that are in PDF format that can be e-mailed, please call Customer Service @ 937/890-5197 for more information.
  • Do you carry blades for a Jigsaw?
  • We no longer sell "Jigsaw Blades"
    However, the fine blades from the Sroll Saw will work in the Jigsaw, but they will tend to break because they are so fine
    You can go to your local hardware store and get a 5" blade with no cross pins
  • How can I tell what model of a machine I have?
  • You can measure the main saw table:
    • Model 500 is 14" wide x 18 1/4" long
    • Model 505, 510, 520 and Mark 7 are 17 1/2" wide x 22" long

  • How do I know if I have a Poly V Belt or Gilmer Belt?
  • Gilmer Belt - Inside splines run across the belt like a tank track
    Poly V Belt - Inside splines run around the same direction as the belt
  • How long is the Bandsaw blade?
  • The Bandsaw blade is 72" long
  • My Bandsaw bearings are squealing. Should I order the Bearing Retrofit Kit or the Bandsaw Overhaul Kit?
  • -Order the Bearing Retrofit Kit.
